Consent to Data Processing

Consent terms that apply when a visitor submits a Jangera.AI service request.

Consent

By selecting the separate checkbox and submitting the form, you freely and specifically authorise processing of the information you provided so Jangera.AI can respond to your request.

Data and purposes

This includes your name, reply contact, selected services, task description, page URL, IP address, browser details, time and security data. It is used to receive and route the request, contact you, prepare a consultation, offer or contract, and prevent spam.

Recipients

The authorised manager, hosting provider and Telegram delivery service receive only what is necessary to handle the enquiry. Request content is not used for third-party advertising.

Duration and withdrawal

Consent continues until its purpose is met or you withdraw it, unless law or contract requires retention. Email privacy@jangera.ai to withdraw consent or request deletion. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

No marketing consent

Consent to process a request is not consent to advertising messages. Marketing requires a separate voluntary choice.
