Necessary storage
Local storage remembers a requested theme (jangera_theme), service selection (jangera_pkg_v1) and privacy choice (jangera_consent_v1) until cleared. Session storage holds chat messages per language (jangera_chat_*) and a short flood counter (jangera_chat_hits) for the tab session. A secure, HttpOnly, SameSite session cookie (jangera_session) is created when a live chat request or enquiry needs protection; its server token expires after one hour. These functions support your requested interaction and service security.
Optional features
Optional analytics is off and no tracking script is installed. Saving a preference does not start a tracker. Any future optional processing needs an updated notice and valid prior consent. We respect Global Privacy Control by disabling optional categories. Social links connect to another service only when clicked.
