Your data, handled with restraint.
This page explains what Jangera.AI collects when you use the website, chat, order forms and support links.
What we collect
- Order details: name, contact handle, selected service, message, language and approximate technical request data such as IP address.
- AI chat messages that you submit, plus recent conversation context needed to answer you.
- Operational logs needed to protect the service from abuse and diagnose delivery errors.
- Cookie preference data stored locally in your browser.
Why we use it
- To answer questions, prepare quotes and deliver requested services.
- To route AI chat prompts to OpenRouter and order notifications to Telegram through the configured server-side proxy.
- To protect the website, prevent spam and maintain service reliability.
- To comply with legal, accounting or security obligations where they apply.
Legal bases
Depending on the interaction, we rely on contract steps requested by you, legitimate interest in security and service operation, consent for optional cookies or communications, and legal obligation where records must be kept.
Processors and external services
We may use hosting providers, OpenRouter for AI responses, Telegram delivery infrastructure for order notifications, and MareDiRoso systems for the client area. Social platforms receive data only if you open their links or interact with their services.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where GDPR or similar laws apply. You can also withdraw optional cookie consent at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer.
Retention
We keep order and support records only as long as needed for the request, service delivery, security, accounting and legal purposes. Chat context is minimized to recent messages needed for the current session.
