How Jangera.AI collects, uses, protects and deletes personal data submitted through the website, AI chat and request forms.

Scope and contact

This policy applies to visitors and users of Jangera.AI. For data requests, email privacy@jangera.ai. The operator must publish its full legal name, registration details and postal address before commercial launch.

Data we process

We process contact details and task descriptions you submit, chat messages and limited conversation context, IP address, browser information, page URL, time, security logs, and locally stored language, theme and consent preferences. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment details, medical information or other sensitive data in the AI chat.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use data to answer chat requests, handle enquiries and contracts, secure the service and prevent abuse. Optional analytics or marketing may operate only after valid prior consent where required.

Recipients and international transfers

Access is limited to authorised staff and necessary hosting, security, Telegram delivery and AI providers. Depending on configuration, AI requests may be processed by OpenAI, OpenRouter or Together AI, potentially in other countries. Appropriate transfer and localisation safeguards must be implemented where required. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Retention and rights

Business enquiries are normally retained for up to three years; diagnostic logs normally for up to 30 days; rate-limit state for up to 24 hours, unless law or an incident requires longer. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent by emailing privacy@jangera.ai.

Security, children and changes

We use HTTPS, server-side secrets, request limits, same-origin checks, spam controls and access restrictions. No system is absolutely secure. The service is not intended for children under 16 to submit personal data independently. Material changes will appear here with a new date.
