Available rights
Depending on the processing, you can request access and a copy (Article 15), correction (16), deletion (17), restriction (18), portability (20), and object to legitimate-interest processing or direct marketing (21). You can withdraw consent at any time without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing. Deletion may be limited by legal retention duties or legitimate claims.

Email hello@jangera.ai with the right you wish to use and, if available, your enquiry reference. We normally respond within one month. Complex or numerous requests may require two additional months; we explain this within the first month. Requests are normally free. We ask only for identity information necessary to locate and protect your data. Do not email identity documents unless a proportionate secure process has been agreed.
Chat and complaints
Clear browser chat with the reset button; for data already delivered to the team, contact us. You can withdraw permission for future creation using your likeness or voice; existing lawful processing and legal duties are assessed separately. You may complain to a supervisory authority, especially where you live, work or the issue occurred. The EDPB authority directory helps locate one. Read the Privacy Policy for processing details.
