Plain-language answers about AI, content and the web. Jangera’s chat answers from these same articles, and brings in a deeper AI model for broader questions.
AI & content
- AI assistantAn AI assistant is a chat program built on a language model that answers questions, writes, translates and helps with tasks in plain language. A business assistant also knows your products, prices and policies.
- Large language model (LLM)A large language model is the engine behind AI chat: a neural network trained on large amounts of text to predict and generate language. Different models are better at reasoning, coding, speed or languages.
- Knowledge base & RAGRAG (retrieval-augmented generation) lets an assistant look up facts in your own documents before it answers. The result: answers based on your real prices and policies instead of guesses.
- AI hallucinationsA hallucination is a confident but wrong answer from an AI model. Models predict likely text, so without reliable sources they can invent facts, numbers or quotes.
- Prompt & creative briefA prompt is the instruction you give an AI model; a brief is the same idea for a whole project. Clear goals, audience, style, length and examples lead to better results.
- Private AIPrivate AI runs on infrastructure you control. Whether data stays inside that boundary depends on integrations, telemetry and configuration. Agree the boundary, disable unneeded external calls and test it before using confidential material.
- AI clone & avatarAn AI clone, or digital twin, is a video avatar that reproduces a real person’s appearance and voice; an avatar can also be an original character. It can present videos, courses or support answers in many languages.
- How AI video is pricedWe price video by the finished minute: about €35 per minute on average, depending on complexity. Quick edits of your own material start at €10.
- Video formats & aspect ratiosEach platform prefers its own shape: 9:16 vertical for Reels, TikTok and Shorts; 16:9 horizontal for YouTube and websites; 1:1 or 4:5 for feeds.
- Automation, API & webhooksAutomation connects your tools so that tasks run without manual work. An API lets programs talk to each other; a webhook sends an instant message when something happens.
Web & servers
- Domain nameA domain name is your address on the internet, such as jangera.ai. It is registered for a fixed term, usually one year, and must be renewed on time.
- DNSDNS, the Domain Name System, translates a domain into the address of the server and tells mail servers where to deliver email. Its settings are stored as records: A, CNAME, MX, TXT and others.
- Hosting, VPS & dedicated serversShared hosting is space for your site on a server the provider runs. A VPS is a virtual server with guaranteed resources; a dedicated server is a whole physical machine for you.
- SSL/TLS certificateAn SSL (strictly, TLS) certificate proves that a site belongs to its domain and enables encrypted HTTPS. Without it, browsers show “Not secure”.
- CMS & updatesA CMS, or content management system, such as WordPress, Joomla or Drupal, lets you edit a site without code. Its core, themes and plugins need regular updates.
- Vulnerabilities & patchingA vulnerability is a flaw in software or settings that attackers can exploit. Patching means installing the fixed version, ideally soon after it is released.
- BackupsA backup is a copy of your files, databases and settings that lets you restore a site after a failure, a hack or a bad update.
- Monitoring & 24/7 administrationMonitoring checks that your site and server are up, fast and healthy, and alerts a person when they are not. 24/7 administration means someone acts on those alerts day and night.
- SPF, DKIM & DMARCSPF, DKIM and DMARC are DNS records that prove email from your domain is genuine. Without them, your messages land in spam more often and attackers can impersonate you more easily.
- SEOSEO, search engine optimisation, improves a site’s structure, content, speed and technical setup so it ranks for the searches your customers make.
- GEO: visibility in AI answersGEO, generative engine optimisation, prepares a site so AI assistants and AI search can find, understand and cite it.
Data, rights & safety
- GDPR & AIThe GDPR protects personal data in the EU, including data typed into AI tools. Share only what is needed, choose providers with proper data-processing terms and tell people how their data is used.
- Cookies & consentCookies and similar storage remember information in your browser. Strictly necessary ones may be used without consent; analytics and marketing ones need a clear, freely given opt-in.
- Labelling AI contentSince 2 August 2026, the EU AI Act requires chatbots to tell people they are talking to an AI, and deepfakes and certain AI-generated media must be disclosed or marked as such.
- Rights to AI-generated contentFor delivered work we grant you a licence for commercial use. Copyright protection for purely AI-generated material is limited in many countries, so human creative input and clean source material matter.
- Voice & likeness consentCloning someone’s voice or face without permission is unlawful in many places and against our rules. We need written consent from every person who appears in a clone or avatar.
