Email hello@jangera.ai with the subject “Abuse”: provide the exact URL, why the content appears illegal, supporting details, and a good-faith statement that your notice is accurate and complete. Include your name and email where required; identifying details are not required for reports of child sexual abuse material. Do not send copies of illegal material. We assess sufficiently precise reports, acknowledge where possible, and explain decisions and available redress under applicable hosting rules.
Spam and service restrictions
Unsolicited bulk messaging, open relays, address harvesting, phishing and malicious hosting are prohibited. Forward spam with full headers. We may restrict an affected service proportionately to contain abuse, preserve relevant evidence and notify the customer where lawful. Customers may challenge decisions by replying to the notice. Marketing requires a separate opt-in and an easy withdrawal method.
Security and authority contact
For a vulnerability, email hello@jangera.ai with the subject “Security”, the affected URL and safe reproduction steps. Do not access other people’s data, run destructive tests or publish secrets. Testing needs authorisation. Authorities can use the same address with a clear legal request. Where hosting obligations apply, notices and restrictions are handled under the relevant Digital Services Act provisions.
