Anti-spam and Acceptable Use

Rules protecting Jangera.AI forms and AI chat from spam, automation and abuse.

Prohibited activity

Unauthorised bulk or automated submissions, use of third-party contacts without a lawful basis, spam, phishing, malicious links or code, bypassing limits, extracting secrets, and rights-infringing content are prohibited.

Protection

We use honeypot fields, request-size and rate limits, same-origin checks, link-spam filters, control-character cleaning, server-side secrets and event logs. Suspicious requests may return HTTP 403, 413, 422 or 429.

Appeals and complaints

If a legitimate request was blocked or your contact details were used without permission, email hello@jangera.ai with the approximate time and a brief description. Do not send secrets.
